Level 3: Scene Work II

Scene Work II

Level 3 builds on the skills learned in Level 2 by introducing students to more advanced level scene work. In 8 weekly sessions, students will begin to recognize patterns and games and explore how to heighten them across multiple scenes. Emphasizing group mind and radical collaboration, students will also learn how to navigate large group scenes, deploy transformations like walk-ons and tag-outs and experiment with cause and effect in their scene work.

This class culminates in a showcase performance, where students demonstrate what they’ve learned before a supportive audience of family, friends and fellow improvisers.
