Musical Improv – Level 1: Introduction to Musical Improv

Learn the basics of musical improv in this exciting 8-week class. Each week, the lessons will focus on a different aspect of musical improv, such as singing in character, emoting and reacting, and pacing and structure. You will develop your singing skills and gain confidence in your ability to improvise original songs in the moment. By the end of the course, you will have the skills to perform fully improvised musical games!

In Musical Improv – Level 2: The Scene and the Song, students will master the art of seamlessly transitioning from scenes to spontaneous musical numbers. Through collaborative exercises, students will refine character development, storytelling and the musical skills needed to play in the unstructured world of musical improv!
