Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most impactful way to avoid catching and spreading the virus, and keeping spaces like Reno Improv safe and open for everyone.
Effective Monday, August 30, all participants and attendees at events held in our theater will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and to show proof of their vaccination upon entry. People are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 14 days after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. We are very concerned with safety of our staff, performers and audience members and because of that we strongly encourage all patrons also get the COVID booster vaccine before visiting us.
- Show audience members
- Students in our training program classes and workshops
- Participants in our House Team Program
- Teachers, coaches, performers, crew, and volunteers (a vaccine requirement for these individuals has already been in effect since June 5)
When you arrive at the theater, please be prepared to show your vaccine card to a Reno Improv staff member. If for any reason you are unable or do not wish to show proof of your vaccination against COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your tickets or class registration and refund your payment.
