Level 3 builds on the skills learned in Level 2 by introducing students to more advanced-level scene work. In 8 weekly sessions, students will begin to recognize patterns and games and explore how to heighten them across multiple scenes. Emphasizing group mind and radical collaboration, students will also learn how to navigate large group scenes, deploy transformations like walk-ons and tag-outs and experiment with cause and effect in their scene work.
Registration is due by June 7.
This class culminates in a showcase, where students demonstrate what they’ve learned before a supportive audience of family, friends and fellow improvisers on Thursday, August 3 at 7 PM.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is recommended. Masks are optional when the Washoe County Community Level is Low and required when it is Medium or High. Learn more.
